I am at least as much interested in historic-political science as in wine (which reflects each other). Therefore, to immerse deeper into the history of Barossa touched me deeply. Visiting the Gnadenberg church with Stephen Henschke and climbing the Bell tower was an unbelievable experience as well as visiting the most traditional German Apex Bakery with its historic oven.
