My favorite wine of a great evening with dear friends: the Josephshoefer Riesling Kabinett feinherb 2014 from Kesselstatt. Not easy to pronounce for a non native speaker but just great. Pure, elegant and fresh, with its residual sweetness as a perfect match with our seafood dish.
