Thomas judges in wine competitions, runs wine seminars and masterclasses for professionals, coaches wine enthusiasts and writes articles spreading his passion for wine. Thomas  is also involved in the education programme of the Institute Masters of Wine and gives wine lectures e.g. for various international generic bodies and institutions such as the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). He is a keynote speaker at international conferences such as Wine2Wine in Verona. Thomas is also a member of the WSET Alumni Advisory Board.
